A very nice site — I like the design of this one a lot. What’s of interest here? I created a sticky nav, which adheres to the top of the viewport when the page scrolled down past the banner. To do that, I used getBoundingClientRect() and wrote a custom javascript function as it was much¬†faster than relying on jQuery’s scrolling methods (which are more verbose as they need to be backward compatible with older browsers). Also, as I’d never seen a method of this that I liked, I wrote my own timing functions which inspected the page offset and updated the nav’s current menu item when it scrolled into view. It’s also very efficient and the page isn’t at all jangly.
